How to file a grievance?

You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your grievance within 1 business day. Your grievance will be reviewed by a designated grievance officer. The grievance officer will investigate the matter and attempt to resolve it within 10 business days. You will be informed of the outcome of the investigation and any proposed resolution at the earliest.

  • Fill out our online grievance form. Provide detailed information about your grievance, including your full name, contact details, and a clear description of the issue.
  • Alternatively, you can send an email to with the subject line "Grievance" or Call us at +44 7782 361733 - Our customer support team is available to take your call and assist you with your grievance. Please have all relevant information ready when you call.

If your issue is not resolved, you can further escalate it with our customer support team and the Grievance Redressal Committee which is a three-member committee consisting of senior management representatives will review your grievance and make a final decision.
